Legacy was built from the ground up to ensure all of your data and personal information are safely and securely stored, so you never have to worry about losing your work.
To download your audio offline, simply select the recording from your Uploads and click the "download" icon.

Access and manage your recordings from the Uploads tab, where you have options to:
- Play your audio
- Download .mp3 file
- Move a file into a project
- Share a file via email

- Do I need an internet connection to use the recorder?
LegacyMaker is currently a web-based application, which means an internet connection is necessary for use. HOWEVER, our mobile app is in development, which will give users the freedom to create offline very soon!
- Do I have to have a project started in order to use the recorder?
Nope! Unless you select a specific project folder, your recordings will automatically save to your Uploads folder by default. From here, you can easily move your recordings into a project if you choose to.
