[Upper Toolbar] How To Access Your Uploads Folder

In this tutorial, I’ll show you how to access your Uploads Folder via the Upper Toolbar.
Objectives:
- Locate the Uploads Folder in the Upper Toolbar
- Access file data
- Reveal additional file actions
- Transcribe individual audio files
- Access transcribed audio files
Prior to getting started, you will need to have the following:
- An active LegacyMaker account
- An internet connection
Step by Step Walkthrough:
STEP #1:
From your dashboard, click the cloud-shaped icon on the upper toolbar to open your Uploads folder.
STEP #2:
Here you will find a chronological list of any items that have been uploaded into your account, including images generated via the ID8 AI assistant.
STEP #3:
Click on a file to reveal additional file data such as the timestamp, recording duration, file type, file size and/or file path.
STEP #4:
Here you will also find options to Download, Move, Share, or Trash the file.
STEP #5:
If an audio file has not yet been transcribed, you’ll see the words “Not Transcribed” in red.
STEP #6:
Clicking “Not Transcribed” will allow you to transcribe your audio into an editable text format by following the on-screen prompts..
STEP #7:
If an audio file has already been transcribed, you’ll see the words “Read/Edit” in white.
STEP #8:
Clicking “Read/Edit” will open your transcription in the Editor.
